Hi all, we have orcon fibre installed in grey Lynn. great when it works but we get frequent outages, sometimes for a few minutes other times for days. has anyone else out there got the same problems? based on the experience we have had not only with the fibre but with Orcons seriously poor handling of the problem my advice is stay away from them |

You wouldn't be the first who's suggested that... Are you using their Genius router, or Genius VoIP service?
Do you torrent, or use things like Vent, Skype, TeamSpeak? Or play Team Fortress 2? |

Hi we use their router, Skype, no torrents, BF3 (too much), we're back runing but for how long. No call from orcon to let us know anything. Never thought I'd say this but telecom are looking good right now |
