1338782 2013-04-29 04:48:00 I got my first one, a LG E975 and wow, this thing is responsive and the larger screen makes typing so much easier while still not perfect . Heaps better than my 3 . 2" Nokia Symbian . That is to type and the it's webpages would pause as you scroll at times . The thing is synched with a Google username .

My question is in terms of formatting the phone and redoing it what is that in a nutshell? Is it Google Sky Drive for backing up? How to implement cellphone tracking if it gets stolen? Does it sync MS Outlook out of the box? I don't need it to store my years of emails just calendar, tasks and what email that have not been downloaded yet ie - pop mail .

Do many of you guys use a carry case?

I could see myself with a 5" or even larger maybe, it's not a phone, it's a tablet but I think even if I did go for a real tablet it would be a 10" after the phone .

Cheers :D

1338784 2013-04-29 05:28:00 Pffft @ Android. I recently got an entry level Galaxy Pocket, and I thank my bloody stars that I didn't spend more. In a moment of insanity I considered getting the S4, but stuff that - my next one is almost certainly gonna be a Windows phone. (natch I'd never consider any iOS crapola) Greg (193)

(natch I'd never consider any iOS crapola)WP8 is a solid product Greg, not sure what the performance on the low range ones are like, but can't be any worse then the laggy android. Even the wife's WP7 isn't as laggy as my HTC plod (107)

In a nutshell:
It syncs to your Google account, no "drive" or anything like that.
Syncs with Exchange, not Outlook (The WHOLE thing is about cloud-based), but it does POP-email just fine

I don't, but my dad and my wife do. It's already saved my dads N4 twice and he's INSANELY grateful for it.

I'd personally prefer something *marginally* smaller than the Nexus4, but it's pretty good. The Nexus 10 will blow your mind, it's *so* cool*!

Wait what!?! You bought the cheapest phone available on the bloody market and are scoffing at it? You bought a phone that's not even good as the *original* iPhone and you're pissed about it?

That's like buying a Camry then being pissed because it's not a Mustang?!

1338789 2013-04-29 06:52:00 I should have something like a HTC Desire HD last time would have kept using it. I like the foreign lang apps, so much easier to use and smooth. Pop email set up. The LG software on the PC syncs my Outlook calender. Yup the Google integration is great, I think it might even have some of my previous webpages I visited on my PC as well that popped up on the phone too. Nomad (952)
