| 231658 | 2004-06-15 09:11:00 | Finally this problem sorted. It started a lot earlier than this thread. The person at Microsoft eventually passed me on to a "technician". A guy called "Mac Ma" got me to do all kinds of things and after following his sequence of instructions the download is now firmly embedded. By the way as part of the process he gave me five links to separate on-line virus checkers so if anyone wants these........... Misty :D :) :D :) |
