| 232676 | 2004-04-28 07:53:00 | A replacement HDD drive for one that crashed arrived today. I have a USB external CD writer due to arrive tomorrow, my plan is to connect an older computer (this one) to my main computer via USB ports and transfer everything using Ghost 2003 and thereafter use the cd writer to make backups to CD, so if the new HDD goes down I can recover with ease. Problem is, that I don't have a USB cable with a USB connection at each end to connect the two computers together :-( What should I be looking for to purchase to achieve this ? I don't recall ever seeing a cable with USB connections at each end, do they exist? Or perhaps it is not as simple as this. Help needed here :-) |
