I, like many others I believe, have been having lots of problems with writing and reading to/from CD's. I have 2 PC's with Nero (inc. Nero InCD for writing to CD-RW disks) on one and Roxio Easy CD on the other. I use CD-R and CD-RW. I found Nero and Roxio were incompatible, so I downloaded a zapping file from Roxio and got rid of the lot from PC2. I then purchased another Nero for PC2 and loaded it. I found that despite what the info. supplied said, InCD did not come with it. I am following this up with Nero.
However, to the interesting bit: I had a CD-RW in PC1 (with Nero InCD). I deleted all the files. I put the CD in PC2 (with Nero, no InCD) and the disk is not only now Read only but all the deleted files have magically re-appeared! Am I good or what! KB. |
