| 233193 | 2004-04-30 12:34:00 | Our office just got Jetstream via Xtra and works well only 1 problem. When ask for web site 95% of time get white page can not display and either need to refresh or hit go button again once or twice then up comes the page. Very frustrating and slow. Worst is when in search engine hitting web sites but also happens sometimes typing web address in. Any ideas why anyone ? | bruciebear (1478) | ||
| 233194 | 2004-04-30 13:52:00 | Obligatory advice for all ISP problem threads: Call your ISP, thats what you pay them for. Your description is pretty vague, it could be anything really. Is it happening on all machines in the office? Do you have mail problems? If you ping other machines do you get much packet loss? Inside the network? Outside the network? Was your modem set up 'professionally' - was the network implemented by someone that knew what they were doing? Gah... so many questions, but more info is going to help. |

| 233196 | 2004-04-30 20:42:00 | bruciebear Which browser are you using? Your cache settings may have to be increased. If you have ample cache assigned to your browser, then Windows may be running out of resources to allocate to the browser's memory cache. If it is the latter, try closing all other applications in Windows and freeing up as many resources as possible. See if that helps. Oxie (Lyn) |
