| 233505 | 2004-05-01 11:54:00 | My friend uninstalled his PC-cillin 2000 but somehow, the uninstall process was unsuccessful. Now, everytime he boots his laptop, PC-cillin's install window pops up and tries to install the program but could not find some files. And, he has lost (misplaced) his install CD. How, he only wants to remove PC-cillin from his laptop and stop that annoying install pop up window. Any suggestion as how to remove it? Cheers |

| 233507 | 2004-05-02 01:29:00 | Thanks Jim . I got a chance to have a look at my friend's laptop this morning . The story is: He uninstalled PCcillin unsucessfully and then re-install PCcillin (downloaded from the Internet) but also unsucessfull . Now, whenever he reboots his laptop, PCcillin tries to install the program but couldn't find the files . How do I stop this annoying install window from poping up everytime he restarts the machine?
