| 233963 | 2004-05-04 09:49:00 | I'm using an Auckland PBTech PC right now, I brought it 3 years ago and had problems from get go. I rang PB the next day and told them what was happening so they took my PC back in and replaced the faulty (out of box) motherboard and then also replaced the ram and CPU to ensure that the faulty motherboard hadn't caused any other problems. For the inconvenience they threw me a bundle of CD's and a copy of Nortons (12 months). Now that is what I call service as they not only repaired a problem they had no real control over....it took about 3 hours before it started to fail.... they also went that bit further to make sure no other problems would arise and then without me asking gave me some extras that would have cost them bugger all but made a big difference to me as a brand new PC user. |

| 233965 | 2004-05-04 10:44:00 | Ditto for dipsticks comments PB aren't the cheapest (or most expensive place around) but their service is brilliant and they are very flexble in the way they deal with problems. (i.e. best outcome for customer) |
