I'm having a problem with OE. Whenever I open it, all the folders on the left hand side show up ok (new mail downloads from the server and it tells me I have x amount of new messages). But, I can't actually use OE, it just hangs and the screen in the middle where your messages show remains blank. I can't navigate to my address book, or other folders and have to close using ctrl+alt+del.
I've reinstalled Windows and tried looking for updates on MS site but nothing seems to help. Any ideas? As far as I can tell, I have no viruses and everything else is operating fine. |
