| 233820 | 2004-05-03 05:10:00 | For the past couple of days i have had problems of page not found basically, even on preset homepages? or bookmarked items. or on a quick launch. it is getting more frequent. it does not time out but just says i need to recheck page address is correct? sometimes reclicking on them opens page / tab, other times i end up closing mozilla and reopening ...and then it cant find PF1 which is my preset homepage.... occasionally it shows as about blank on my addy bar? any ideas what is happening and why? i havent changed anything. the only other issue i have had is the spybot install went funny and the zonealarm trusted zones has a weird IP in it i cant alter. help anybody? beetle |

The install "went funny" doesn't give us many clues to work with - perhaps you could describe exactly what you did and what happened? I presume you have tried to uninstall Spybot and then reinstall? Again, the weird IP .... can you let us know what this IP is. Does it say 127.0.0.1? |

Each time you connect with your ISP, you will be assigned a new IP address. If you disconnect and then reconnect and go and check that setting again, you will find you have a new IP number. I don't have ZA, so I can't be more specific than that. |

| 233828 | 2004-05-03 10:08:00 | Try adjusting Zone Alarm security setting to low and see if pages now load. You can set them back to your preferred settings after you get things working again. Zone Alarm can do strange things an can sometimes cause more problems than it prevents. |
