| 234404 | 2004-05-04 14:43:00 | Any one able to point me to a site that can tell me what all the (well most of them, actually any of them) 'Titles' in the 'Start up' tab in 'MSCONFIG' are all about please? Some of them I can understand but I'm not sure whether to stop them loading at start up or not. Others seem to be for scanners ('WATCH'???) but I'm not sure! And what about deleting them from the start up list? Can it be done? All answers on a post card to....!! Hope you can help :D Regards, The Cell |

| 234405 | 2004-05-04 21:41:00 | gidday, I'm not sure of any web site, but a freebie called spybot, which searches for spyware, also gives an explanation of each listing in startup. after instalation, open spybot in advanced mode, click tools, and then startup. clicking each entry, will produce a popup with an explanation of that entry. good luck, robby |

But will have a closer look. ;\ As for those sites... ex cee lant!! :x I feel happy, so happy I could burst in to song!! :^O They are both JUST what I was after. Very much appreciated.
