| 234025 | 2004-05-03 13:41:00 | Windows2003 owns both in terms of performance and speed. Its much more optimised than xp and 2000 because of its use in servers. | PoWa (203) | ||

| 234030 | 2004-05-03 23:32:00 | *flamed* Well... it is still the operating system of the devil. I've heard of/seen far more things gone wrong with XP than 2k. I'm gonna stop there so as not to cause another argument. |

| 234031 | 2004-05-03 23:53:00 | As somebody (possibly famous) once said: There are lies, damned lies, and statistics. It is all in how you ask the questions, then interpret/manipulate the results. For example, Googling "I love XP"/"I hate XP" produced results of 1170/748, and similarly "I love Windows XP"/"I hate Windows XP produced results of 511/559. Repeating the exercise for 2000 and Windows 2000 produced 231/64 and 83/42. From these results we can deduce that 56.25% of Windows XP users love their OS and 43.75% hate it, while 75% of Windows 2000 users love their OS and only 25% hate it. The difference in response rates for XP/2000 can easlily be explained: The majority of Windows 2000 users clearly love their OS and are too busy enjoying its benefits to bother posting silly comments on the Web to reassure themselves that their choice was right. XP users, on the other hand, are disturbed by the smile of satisfaction on the face of their neighbours, friends and workmates as they beaver away happily on their Windows 2000 PCs and rush to the internet to see where they went wrong and to lodge their complaints. Stands to reason.:| Statistics don't lie!:D Cheers Billy 8-{) |

Spoken obviously by one who's actually interviewd every XP user |
