| 234689 | 2004-05-06 06:43:00 | 1.I got hit recently by a number of viruses and when i tracked them down they were in a folder called Binaries as part of a programme in X P windows called PC Health. I would like to know more about this programme. 2.There is an application called svchost.exe that seems to run all the time when computer is on. What is this exactly? |

| 234690 | 2004-05-06 10:53:00 | Even though I am a new user of XP, I don't know about the PC Health, but anything I want to know about that is running on my puter, I put it into google, and do a search. I think that svchost thing is in mine too, but can't remember what it is connected to. I just checked, and I actually have four of them running at present, so guess it is connected to IE or something similar, as I have four windows open. | supergran (108) | ||

Goto answersthatwork.com/ or http: to read about it. Multiple instances of svchost.exe is normal. Here's an extract from www.informit.com PCHEALTH.
