1340836	2013-05-12 07:57:00	How about a harpoon gun, similar to those used to kill Wales, fitted to police cars? Come up behind a grottels car and harpoon it, then just put the brakes on. If this doesn't stop them have a second one and fire it through the rear window, hopefully removing the driver's head!	mzee (3324)
