| 1340574 | 2013-05-10 22:18:00 | I bought Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 upgrade yesterday. (from Ascent, quite a reasonable price) I did this to get in before the June cut-off. Monthly subscription is not the right model for amateur/hobbyist users. Certainly not for users who share a bank account with someone who can be imagined as going 'tut tut' at the monthly expense. (Mrs Micro doesn't do that but can be imagined as doing that.) It's much better to save one's pocket money and hand it across the counter physically at Ascent in Wellington I got into Adobe Premiere back in 1999 when it came free with a Firewire capture card. I have been updating it ever since whenever they have a good enough promotion. Although it is good, I would not recommend a video hobbyist going down that route |
