The monthly invoice for May has not yet shown up, its normally here by this time of the month . So call Telstra and obviously goes to Vodafone . Asked where's the May Invoice -- the response -- Your next scheduled invoice is in June Sir  So what's happened to Mays invoice, which contains everything including extra cell charges ???? No idea sir (in an American accent) -:badpc: The last 3 are showing Feb, March, April . Whats the bet I get an overdue notice any day now  Anyone see Fair-go the other Night - Vodafone got another griling about poor service . |

| 1340466 | 2013-05-10 00:05:00 | Oh well, if Vodafone keep screwing up, they will destroy themselves. - And buying up another Telco to regain customers after it lost their own customers is not going to help them either as the customer will just move on. Vodafone are in a state of panic I think, I rang them on behalf of a client the other week to get their broadband plan changed, their response was "we will put you onto that plan, but only if you don't intend to leave Vodafone". My response was "change it or else we will leave Vodafone". They did change it lol :) |

And yes I am a VF employee :) After 7 years working for them and Telecom, I can tell you not all the malice is deserved (some definitely is though). |

| 1340470 | 2013-05-10 03:11:00 | You'd think they'd have figured out how to do it after they took on Ihug back in the day. Besides, Telecom did a demerger relatively successfully, why can't these guys? | Chilling_Silence (9) | ||

Why should they have a chance ? the last two invoices were all Vodafail logoed / Printed. Simply saying the May invoice doesn't exist or the next one is in June is not good enough unless they are going to give us a months free. As I said wouldn't be at all surprised if I get an overdue notice, then when you ring up to complain about not getting the invoice they make up all sorts of crap excuses as if its the customers fault. Last one they said I hadn't paid a certain amount, yet I had two weeks prior, and the excuse they gave was it hadn't been processed in the system yet. |
