| 1361557 | 2013-12-04 01:15:00 | The LAST thing I would do is get a gmail account....they scan all your mail so they can harvest mine data to advertisers!....thats right!......If you need a safe e-mail, use outlook.com..... Also, just because you have mail from a known sender, it doesn't mean that it was sent from them...Lots of people have their home mail client compromised by bots which then send the address details on contacts onward for phish attacks. If you suspect e-mail, open it from a browser and not your email client. Either way, if it falls under US jurisdiction, as a "foreign national" there are NO protections whatsoever in relation to access or use of your data by US agencies for any purpose ... |

Opinions vary on which email client to choose; everyone seems to have a different opinion. 'tis perplexing! One could get the idea that, in truth, none is less risky than any other?? |

No matter where you go for email that could allways happen, no matter what the email provider tells you. It will allways be opps, how did that happen/we didnt know, when they get caught doing things they shouldnt . As has happened in the past. |
