| 1361830 | 2013-12-06 00:19:00 | I have a computer that was a victim of the "Microsoft phone scam" they didn't get any money but they did install a boot program requesting a password. the owner doesn't know the password it seems that it must be part of the boot process because the windows logo doesn't appear Microsoft XP Home boot to safe mode ~ requested password Last Known Good Configuration ~ requested password anyone deal with this? any suggestions how do I get this program off Thank you! |

OR Remove the drive, slave it and scan with Malware programs, they may find and remove it. |
