also it had windows ME but now has Win 98SE
with all this info how do i get it back 5.2gb to 20gb or there abouts?

Your fdisk /status shows that your 20 gig HDD has only 26% used space, leaving roughly 13.5 gigs free. You cannot free up 5.2 gigs because the installed operating system takes up some of that disk space. Empty disk 20 gig = no operating system.

As already mentioned in your first thread, removing unwanted programs and personal files/data will give back some space. However, you have heaps of free space now and don't need to create more if that is what is worrying you.
