I know what you mean, I have for the last few days been talking to a OZ host so I can access their server http://202.76.146.56, & I cant! :( |

Now the new IP range that JetStream customers are on, starts with 222.x.x.x. To get this problem fixed, the ISP have to report it to that hosting company to allow traffic from that IP range. Concerning the static IP issue, we are no longer able to sell the service as having a static IP as instructed by Telecom, since it is deemed a residential service and a static IP should not be required. Since a static IP is almost always used for having a server, a residential customer should not have a need for it.
