| 235902 | 2004-05-12 01:47:00 | I recently had a problem entering information into a web site. When I tried to enter data the whole system froze. I spoke to the web master who was very helpful. He advised me to download Java VM from the sun site.. This I did and attempted to install it. Machine froze. I looked into control panel and saw the java icon so clicked on it to see what I had. Machine froze I attempted to remove . Machine froze I then went back to www.java.sun.con and there is an option there to test your java vm. Clicked on this Machine froze!!@! So at the moment I cannot achieve anything without computer freezing. Any suggestions please Thanks |

| 235908 | 2004-05-16 09:23:00 | You're using Netscape. Probably a bug in it. What happens if you disable the MS Java in the options? Then install the sun one? | kiki (762) | ||
