235814 2004-05-11 09:49:00 Greetings All
I have a small prob, I have a couple of bitmap images as wallpapers on my site . But the average joe might find it a bit dicky to download the image, save to a folder, then with desktop setting search for the bitmap .
Is there a little program that automatically sets as wallpaper?
Cheers Ron

235816 2004-05-11 09:54:00 Can't you just right click on an image (with most operating systems), and say ' set as wallpaper or set as background' or something? supergran (108)

Right click and select "save as background" works in IE.

You could do them a favour and have it as a .jpg though, its a tad large as a .bmp

Me thinks in too complicated ways at times.
Cheers guys

Of course all versions of windows except WXP need the notoriously craptacular Active Desktop enabled to use .jpg backgrounds.
