| 236397 | 2004-05-13 12:11:00 | November 03 a issue started with telecom, my log on wont work, emailed telecom and told them "My Telecom" wont work with me anymore... they fixed issue...gave me a months free line charges December 03...issue returned and never left................. Febuary 04...Emailed them, got no reply... Febuary 04..Emailed same person regarding a different issue but mentioned issue regarding My telecom wasnt resolved...other issue was answered not this... March 04...Signed up...same issue still happened.. April 04..didnt bother... May 04...went to the shop and asked for some help as i was deaf and they rang up and they said any problems with my telecom was resolved and they apoologise for not getting back 2 me.. Ok...came home signed up...and bingo.....the problem is still there... Is it me or is it still them and they just wanted me to leave the shop happy????????? Its really irritating because I'm Deaf and soon the telecom text message capping is going to start, and my telecom was going to be the only way i can find out my text message amount daily...(unless they do react to my letter i sent them) so.... What can I do? |

I contacted their 24 hr response support team via e-mail 3 days ago regarding not being able to access my JS usage via My Telecom. I still await a reply/ This was after being shunted around their call centre for 30 minutes and no one knowing how it worked. |

| 236399 | 2004-05-14 01:58:00 | WTF, I also couldn't access 'My Telecom' and wanted to see how I was getting on with data transfer with JetSurf etc, so I emailed them using the online contact form . I received no response after a few days, so rang them (123), left the phone on speakerphone and 20 mins later was answered . The lady at their helpdek sorted it out - basically, as I wasn't an Xtra customer, they didn't have my date of birth, and needed it to activate the system . All worked well until earlier this week, when I received an email in response to my first query . . . . Dear Mr XXXX, Thank you for your email . I have changed your password to ' XXXX ' as I had to change it to check why you are having problems with the accessing of the site . I have being able to access the site now . Please try again and see how it goes . I was able to check your Jetstream usage on the Your Telecom website . Please do not hesitate to contact 123 or myself should you need any further assistance . Guess what? The password they changed it to didn't work lol, neither did the one I had successfully set up earlier . So I rung them again, and now it is ok again . . . until they decide to "help" again :| J |

| 236400 | 2004-05-14 03:24:00 | I wonder if telecolm will ever improve its customer services Remember a while ago where people were writing their names and supporting the unbundling network so that telecolm doesn't have total control of new zealand's internet/telephone connection etc it seems rather quiet.What is happening? |

I can't find it anywhere, and none of the 8 different Telecom staff I've spoken to so far do either. |

| 236403 | 2004-05-14 04:40:00 | the bundling of the telecom lines have gone to the highest levels now..the australian government want nz to unbundle the lines.. also NZ and Mexico are the only 2 countries left with bundled phonelines etc... |

| 236405 | 2004-05-14 05:47:00 | Gidday again WTF I log in to My Telecom at this link: www.telecom.co.nz Then I get the following screen: sal.neoburn.net this gives an overview of where I am at. Clicking Current Usage Details results in this screen: sal.neoburn.net And I click "View More Details", which goes here: sal.neoburn.net I have tried to log on to the page which appears to be the dedicated Jetstream Usage meter - but that appears to be just for Xtra customers, which I am not.
