| 236211 | 2004-05-13 08:03:00 | I have winxp and when doing my windows updates I don't have any trouble downloading them but when it comes to installing them it comes to the end of the installation and then the computer just jams up and wont go any further. help please someone | Roseyglow (2770) | ||

Maybe try downloading the updates indevidually and installing manually one at a time. start off at Windows Downloads & Updates Overview (support.microsoft.com) with your fist choice of the links provided being the MS Download Centre. Give your machine a good old clean out and defrag and check for spyware, etc, before downlaoding and updating. Cheers Murray P |
