| 236319 | 2004-05-13 22:35:00 | Contact the retailer beet. Do you have a card reader or access to one? Just wondering if the card has died and the camera won't fire up without a valid one inserted. Guessing here beacuse I don't know how the Fuji camera's react in that situation but would think it would give some type of error message at least. Cheers Murray P |

| 236320 | 2004-05-14 04:36:00 | BTW, Hanimex NZ was recently purchased by Fujifilm, and will shortly, if it hasn't already, become Fujifilm NZ, so I'd say your warrenty is well covered. | Biggles (121) | ||
| 236321 | 2004-06-03 10:56:00 | OK update : a little anyway. heard today that it had to be sent away from original shop i bought it off, and yes it is under warranty :D and should know by tuesday at the latest what is wrong with it and can it be fixed and when will i get it back.... the guys on the phone have been really nice and helpful, so obviously the shop couldnt get it to go either, the guy on the phone had said they will test it first, and if no go then it goes away.... so its gone away.... so no other news, so obviously means i broke it good, like i manage to do to everything i come into contact with....:p may have it back next week if lucky???? patience is not my best virtue and i miss my toy....:( beetle |

| 236324 | 2004-06-04 04:23:00 | Indeed, Hanimex has now become Fuji NZ. Thanks for the reminder (I need to send my warranty registeration away. While on the topic of batteries, I currently user a rechargeable batteries, close to dying. They are labelled: Sealed Nickel Cadmium Rechargeable Battery 1.2 V 500mAh They run out soooooooo fast. Do I need to buy some new ones 1.2V with more mAh? (I'm not a electrician) NiMh? What's that. I thought they were the really expensive $50 or so things that come with chargers. I can only afford $20~ :( |
