| 236855 | 2004-05-15 11:24:00 | Everytime I send an email of over 100kbs ie one little phota --- I get a message after 1 minute that informs me that the task was unable to be completed as a time out error on my server pop 3 occured. The task progress line stops at about 90%. Interestingly the email does actually go out, but remains in the OUTBox. Programme is OUTlook EXPRESS --- IP is Xtra. I have looked about for boxes to untick and adjust --- Any ideas? |

| 236858 | 2004-05-16 19:33:00 | I used to get this a lot on xtra. Rang the help desk oneday and complained cos everything I sent over 150kb would time out, call centre dude said either get broadband or use webmail to upload attachments. Switched to clear a few weeks ago and it is no longer an issue Cheers Mike |

Fingers crossed! I'll be really peeved if they are doing this to force people to change to Broadband - we live in the country and unfortunately don't have that option. If I have to send everything away on disk, I won't be impressed. |
