236827 2004-05-15 08:51:00 Keyboard displays the following errors:

~ = ¬ , @ = " , " = @ , # = £ , | = ~ , \ = #

Upgraded from Win 98SE to XP Home, which may or may not have something to do with it, as It was some time later that I noticed the problem. Replaced that 95/98 keyboard, but with the same result (I wanted to upgrade to wireless, anyway!)

236831 2004-05-15 10:39:00 In XP you need to go:

Control Panel - Regional and Language - Languages - Details - In "Installed Services" make sure the keyboard selected is "US"

You get the errors if a UK keyboard is the selected option.

236833 2004-05-18 07:34:00 Thank's, Billy T, I'd guess your solution might apply to my Win 98 m/c, I'll have a look later. Sorry I'm late; been extra busy. Orto Cadd (2049)
