| 236920 | 2004-05-17 22:15:00 | I've made the recommended changes to the Registry, but still no difference with third-party programs. Presumably, the default variable %USERPROFILE% has to be removed and replaced with the directory destination of choice, which I have done. Still searching for an answer, if there is one? |

| 236922 | 2004-05-18 02:27:00 | Bingo ! Problem solved. I hadn't recognised that, although My Documents appeared in the File/Open feild the program was, in fact, looking at C: Drive. Tks for clarifying the process. |
