| 237262 | 2004-05-17 22:51:00 | We run Windows XP and have Works 7.00 installed. In Works 7.00 we run new document in database and list names of customers and then dollar figures of money we want to pay them. We select this as numbers and correct appearance ie. $444.95. No problem prints this way in cell. When figure has no cents eg. $444.00 it lists OK in cell but in formula bar just shows whole figure eg 444. Hence when we merge to Works WP template document which shows how will layout on cheque all you get is $444 which is wrong as should read $444.00. Any ideas how to fix this please. Cheers. | bruciebear (1478) | ||

In excel it is in the Calculation tab, option called "Precision as displayed" might help if you can find the same in Works. If it is on, turn it off, but it is more likely to be off, then turn it on. You may also be able to format data in Word so it displays in a certain format in the table. I don't get the problem when I paste from Excel to Word. robo. |
