237217 2004-05-17 13:09:00 So splash out another few minutes of burn time, and the fat end of $2.00 and burn another one? whiskeytangofoxtrot (438)
237218 2004-05-17 13:17:00 Hey metla

Translation needed for us newbs.

Yes, I have Aida. 32 ..thought it was the magic answer for people like me to learn about the innards easily....

Now there's this Everest thing instead....and you're "spewin."

I could guess a lot of reasons why. But it'd be a help if you told us & we didn't have to guess...

2 bucks?

60 cents by my calculation.

Hate to waste a cd though.....

Turn off all the lights in the room.

Well worth the 60 cents.

The people behind AIDA 32 ceased development of the program so its useful lifespan has pretty much ended.

Whether or not this new program is a successor to aida or just someone’s tag line is yet to be seen.

Spewin (read mildly irritated but pleasantly surprised) only because I just finished burning an updated cd of programs that I use when working on comps.

Trust me, I agitate Mrs Metla too much as it is without acts of destruction in the kitchen . . . .

237223 2004-05-17 13:41:00 Thanks
Already knew the stuff in your first 2 sentences.

Thought "spewin" meant what it does in the south (Who says we don't have a language gap between islands?)

Interpretation down here would never be "mildly surprised." It relates to more physical actions - or how certain things nearly got you to those....

Consequently I wondered what the new programme had done to make you (you'll understand this one?) pissed off.

237224 2004-05-17 13:44:00 Only my "personality" would twist spewin into mildly surprised.

Never mind,i was being colourful.:D :D :D

237225 2004-05-17 13:55:00 Carry on colourful......Lol

Who knows - stick with it & you may change the meaning.

Language is ever-evolving, remember.
