| 237164 | 2004-05-17 09:17:00 | Hi everyone. My friend and myself have decided to dust off the originial Diabolo game and play it via modem. We both run XP, with myself recieving the call. While in game, my computer takes the call, theres the usual modem connecting sound thingies, the game jumps a few frames, then nothing. On my friends computer, it says theres no game in session, and on mine no messages at all. We both run 56k modems, if thats any help! Back when we used win98 there was no problems with the grand old games, diabolo, AvP, Red Alert, so I'm pretty sure its somthing to do with win xp. If someone could post up on the steps I would have to take to make it work, or point me in the direction of a website, it would be muchly appreciated! :-) |
