2004-05-20 07:48:00 | When I click on Recycle bin 'properties' nothing happens. Advice any one? | dinerouk (4690) | |
2004-05-20 08:00:00 | Why do you want to see the properties of your recycle bin? (mine works fine, so it is just you) robo.

2004-05-20 08:31:00 | What operating system are you using? Do you have any software installed that protects files from being accidently deleted (eg Norton)? Does the rest of the recycle bin work OK? | Jen C (20) | |
2004-05-20 08:32:00 | Have you got Norton installed? Bye

2004-05-20 17:55:00 | I have win xp. Norton is not installed. I originally wanted to see if I could adjust size of recycle bin. | dinerouk (4690) | |
2004-05-20 19:58:00 | The size? Why? (if you don't mind me asking). The size is largely dictated by how much is in it. Does it need emptying? robo.

2004-05-21 07:00:00 | Hi Pete H. I have right clicked and nothing happens. It should, and that's why I want to know why it does not, more than to actually DO anything. Get it Robo! | dinerouk (4690) | |
2004-05-21 07:54:00 | It tells you here (www.winguides.com) how to disable it so see if you can do the reverse of those instructions. | Susan B (19) | |
2004-05-21 17:22:00 | Thanks for input Suzan. I have looked at site and key looks as it should except that no name 'recycle bin' is shown but 'low disk space' but 'data' is shown to be as it should-with 1 in brackets. So don't know? I guess it's not that important and can live with it unless some one with more knowledge can explain. Pete | dinerouk (4690) | |
