I'm running Windows XP home edition and, I am trying to change my Default homepage in the Tools menu (Internet options...) on my internet browser. I hope someone can understand my Question. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks. |

Or Yep, that is correct on the first tab (genial) at the top you should see a box label "home page" then just enter you home page URL in there e.g. my home page is http://home.nzcity.co.nz/ Hope this helps, if not post back here |

In the Tools menu I go to the Internet Options..... , then the Internet Options window comes up. From there you see the Homepage where you can change the Current Homepage Labelled as follows.... Use current,Use Default,Use Blank. How do I change the Use Default HPage. When I click on the "Use Default" Tab it is a Homepage no longer in use. Appreciate the Help . Thanks Once Again. |

| 238195 | 2004-05-23 00:58:00 | That involves a trip into the Registry I believe, to edit the keys. Use Regedit. There are several likely locations, the easist way to find them all may be a search of the exact URL that comes up under Default. As the Registry is mission critical, make sure all usual precautions are taken before editing it, such as backing up. |
