Acually I mainly want to find out what Shoutcast Internet Radio Stations use.

238765 2004-05-23 10:50:00 Many of the sites I visit use Real Audio, but Live365 for example which I listen to for hours on end, uses MP3, they have their own player that can be downloaded. Others use Windows Media format, so I guess you just have to ask the station concerned. Terry Porritt (14)

I have spent a long time checking out the Shoutcast site and now have found out the format at last! It is Mpeg.
