| 238663 | 2004-05-23 07:06:00 | hi im tryin to go to a msn group's chat room by clicking on the link in the room... the url is right cos it works fine on other comps, bt when i click it or type the link it just takes me straight to groups.msn.com (the groups home page) any1 got any ideas?? J |

| 238664 | 2004-05-23 07:23:00 | Your url to the groups chat room should be like this: groups.msn.com Are you trying to access with Mozilla? msn doesn't allow access to Mozilla browsers, even after downloading the 'Netscape plug-in' it says you need. If you aren't getting there via a link, make sure you are signed in to your .net passport. Maybe your computer has cached the re-direct address? Try cleaning out cookies, cache and temp internet files. You may also like to copy/paste the above link into your browser, substituting the "yourgroupsname" for the actual name of your group. When I click the "CHAT" link on the side in the particular group page, it redirects two or three times and then finally stops at the groups home page (groups.msn.com) or something. Tis a strange problem indeed, friend!!! Let someone help this poor man! Please! |
