I DONT WANT TO STEAL THEM i am working on a short film and wanted some music to go with it but i can afford to get the rights to most music. i have done a serch on google but i comes back with a lot of sites that offer public domain stuff for only $19.95 and such like. |

I would expect there will be resources available that don't cost. Your local library might be able to help. You'd need to convert to the format of choice. Cheers Murray P |

| 238446 | 2004-05-22 04:26:00 | "public domain mp3" in Google showed some sites which look "honest". The first one has a range of good looking stuff. One offers CDs recorded to order, so that makes a charge fair enough. (Of course, providing disk space and bandwidth costs money, so anyone would have to be altrusitic to offer everything free. ;-)) Down at the bottom of the first page of links there is www.classicalarchives.com which has serious music. I'm pretty sure I've played music from there (held on one of the UK university mirrors). | Graham L (2) | ||
