| 238600 | 2004-05-23 03:17:00 | Can someone please advise why I cant select/change font settings? Yes I am set on rich text! I can bold but not change colour or size. Default setting is Arial 12 black, but when I want to highlight or emphasize by colour or size it wont change; neither under menu>font nor right click. Altho the setting changes in the font box it doesnt in the email. Suggestions please? |

| 238602 | 2004-05-23 11:31:00 | Thanks JB but I had already reset my defaults endlessly. However the next link may have a point. I had set the accessibility settings to my own preferences for websites. Does WXPH consider my email to be a website???? Tried that by removing my preferences but altho my homepage reverted to standard, nothing altered in OE and still cant change formatting. |
