That means that the xtras pop mail server was busy & that you cant login to it, try doing it again, if you get the same error message post back here also make sure your username/password is correct Hope this helps |

You more likely have have Secure Password Authentication turned on and the ISP's server does not require it. In OE, Tools - Accounts - select the extra POP 3 account - Properties - Servers - untick "log in using Secure Password Authentication" Only a guess, as I don't use OE.... |
