| 1362923 | 2013-12-17 09:04:00 | ll of a sudden when clicking on Microsoft Outlook including other Microsoft Office 2007 applications, I get an initial Windows Installer Message which states: 'Preparing to install'. Then a secondary message comes up saying: 'Another installation is already in progress. Complete this installation before proceeding with this installation'. What is happening here? It was all fine with the programmes then this which won't allow me to access any programme as above. Internet access is still as normal. Any one had this and can advise please? I was thinking of uninstalling Microsoft the re installing. Thanks for any help. Chris |
