My computer restarted today after i did a ccleaner scan, and when it booted up i logged on and all my files were gone. my programs are still there, everything in my documents,and my pictures were gone. I researched online and found them under c:/users/my username/desktop. also my mozilla says when i download a program "Blocked by your security zone policy" I cant seem to get everything back the way it was, i started safe mode and ran superantispyware, and malewarebytes antimaleware, spyware detected 107 files, so i removed them.but its still doing the same thing AVG didnt detect anything. Its acting like im on a hidden user account. |
