| 1341452 | 2013-05-15 09:49:00 | We bought one of these: Panasonic XW390 Recording from the TV Guide screen is ok, but.... to amend the timing through the recorder screen has limitations. The beginning and ending times of two different channels cannot be amended back or forward. TV 1 8.30 to 9.30pm Prime 9.30 to 10.30pm Coupled up with this is that the recorder is supposed to record two programmes at once, HDD and VD How can this be done when the record mode skips past the Drive and Mode area? One needs to be a Philadelphia lawyer to read the manual for a guide. Some help would be appreciated. Lurking. Ps. will National be selling off FreeView or is it still part of the NZBC. lurks. |

| 1341454 | 2013-05-15 10:57:00 | Hi Speedy, a 40" Samsung HD/LED and all the other modcons. We had a spliced UHF input, as the old set ran two recorders a video and a dvd player/video machine. There has to be a way to get into that drive/mode function. Son-in-law set-up the Panasonic and the machines did their own thing. Lurking. |
