2013-05-20 12:34:00 | OK now how to convey a polite tone with honesty through text... A suggestion as how to do that please Ms Admin? And BTW I think you're pretty and smart even though I haven't seen you or conversed with you (being nice to the admin never hurts and depending on her response, it should show her integrity). And that last comment although obvious needs to be mentioned... Hmmm... Well apart from that... I look forward to your response especially :) Good to hear :) my study starts in approximately 2 months. What about you? Not exactly sure but probably around 3ish months...

2013-05-20 12:40:00 | And to think I even thought of switching the telly on, here's some damn fine entertainment for free Well don't expect it to last ;) Highlighted :sleep Wouldn't lower myself, and Threatening people wont get you anywhere, amateurs are easily spotted - takes two to tango you know ( and if you don't know what that means look it up) To answer the other question. 1. You asked for advise -- A question was asked first. 2. A helpful suggestion for the future was given -- basically don't write like you did in the original post - you'll be rejected. Conclusion: 1. If you cant take advise to your liking or not, then don't ask for it. 2. you have already given a impression of the type of response you may give to any other questions/posts, you may not get anything to helpful from other forum members. Are you talking about you threatening me or me threatening you because I don't remember either of us doing so? I like to dance but I'm afraid you don't know how to move correctly for this particular dance. 1. Yes I asked for answers to my questions but you gave me advice on how to apply for a job and when I apply for my job I assure you it will be in a professional matter like all proper applications made by people who actually understand what it takes to get a job that requires professionalism in some manner. Also I've never not got a job interview for a job that I've applied for; that's 4 jobs so far FYI. So you responding is rejection? I think you should look that up. I can take advice but I'm only going to be thankful if it's advice I asked for, you can give me all the advice in the world; it'll only make me happy when it's what I've specifically requested. I don't care too much about other people's opinions, sorry I don't feel the need to fit in with everyone. Here's my process when I go to help someone with an issue: 1) Read the problem thoroughly 2) If it's missing information OR written incorrectly I will ask the person with the problem to rephrase and/or include the missing information and do this until the problem makes sense to me 3) If I know the answer offer a concise answer; If I do not I will try race the others for the answer (depending on how busy I am) And because you think I'm big headed, I'll just explain to you my perspective (because I'm actually more big headed than you think) Rule#1) If I prove you wrong; you learn from that and I win by teaching you that you're wrong (regardless of how you react because that's not within my control) Rule#2) If you prove me wrong; I learn from being wrong and I win again because I learn (and I don't act stupid about it; life's tough, how can you get upset by being proven you can be better? That's how others will earn my respect the most) Although you may not care about my rules it's just to let you know I win every time. Not exactly sure but probably around 3ish months... Cool I'll help you out. Your popcorn is ready guys ;)

2013-05-20 12:41:00 | And you doubt it because I was honest? because it might hurt his feelings? Because it might ruin his public image? I doubt it because your way of talking to a respected member of this forum is quite unlkely to elicit any further sensible responses from anyone else. I've seen this type of thread many times before. I do believe what he posted to be a fairly sensible response. You asked about a professional IT qualification and you got a professional level answer. Quite good I thought considering your somewhat self-contradictory post. Hint: Most IT professionals won't care if your bullet point numbers spell out "leet" in l33tsp33k. www.trainsignal.com Found that after 2 seconds in Google. Good luck.

Well I can put up with being ignored for being a straight shooter. I asked specific questions and none of which pointed towards how to simply apply for a job. you call that a professional level answer? I think your standards are somewhat questionable. Who said I was aiming for IT professionals? Getting paid to use Microsoft Word (which I'm sure is complex process) makes you an IT professional; the term is that broad now. So again if you don't know the target, don't question my aim. And self-contradictory post? Explain please. That's helpful, maybe I should type up some HTML and CSS and add some images and scripts to start up a website that promotes large amounts of alcohol as beneficial for babies development, as long as it looks professional it can't be wrong? I'm asking for people with experience to answer these questions or link me to people talking about their experiences not a website that says everything perfect and Santa has extra presents this year (intentionally over exaggerating and there's sarcasm above too). |

2013-05-20 13:29:00 | Do you actually want an answer or just an argument? If you do want an answer, let us know what you want to hear so we can tell you, since it's clear nothing anyone says will be good enough for you. Otherwise go away and learn how to use Google, because your current strategy is not going to work. If you just want an argument, I suspect you could have a lot more fun on 4chan or something similar. If you do, please link us to the results. I think we could do with some more entertainment to lighten the mood around here. I must be a masochist for continuing to post in this thread...
