1341338 2013-05-19 09:59:00 It finds double click for me, what that is, I have no idea.

If you download a precompiled HOSTS file from say, here: winhelp2002.mvps.org
it has a zillion different Doubleclick sites it will block, also Google analytics and hosts of other crap sites that pollute the internet :)

1341339 2013-05-19 10:05:00 One thing I found with the new version it finds harmless "left overs" as well.

Example, did a scan a week or so back with the old one, Version 1. ???? (What ever it was) that old one founds several infections, also found instances of Babylon tool bars. ( It was installed already but the owner had no idea they had to run it, they thought it did its thing by itself) - The old one removed the files. The new one when run afterwards, found the empty folder as well which was left behind.

The immunization feature of Spybot works well too for that

From what I remember from a while ago, doesn't the immunisation add umpteen thousands of entries into the Registry? At least with the HOSTS file it can be simply switched on or off with a renaming utility. With some sites, google analytics and doubleclick seem to be required to get the sites to render properly.

It does load protection into registry\browser settings, and also the HOSTS file. You could disable everything but that if you didn't want the registry entries etc.

If so after doing a scan, if any cookies are detected there a check box to the left of the entry, untick it.

Otherwise, in advanced mode click on the setting button, and theres a lot of different options that can be altered /set.
