1362872 2013-12-21 08:22:00 Yeah, Xtra (ie Yahoo - aptly named to represent the service standards) has been having lots of problems. This seems likely to be a continuing pattern of frustration and disappointment for users, based on the history being just as poorly.

Luckily I ditched Xtra long before they insulted their customers with the Yahoo service. I hate Yahoo and curse every time I have to help others with their Yahoo issues.
I can appreciate the reluctance people have to abandon a long held email address with the Xtra domain, but until people vote in mass by deserting Xtra this Yahoo bullsh will just continue.

Jump ship, or put up with the BS over and over again.
Xtra's prices often aren't that sharp either, so do yourselves a favour...

I'm being kind, as my true thoughts would just get censored out of the post for all the naughty words. Telecom is NOT your friend!
