| 240367 | 2004-05-30 02:23:00 | Hi folks, This computer got the worm now the Norton anti-virus program "system works" will not update, We tried to un-install and re-install, but still it comes up with a update error, we noticed after we reinstalled it did not ask for the Product key - password, suggesting that the program did not do a complete un-install, I thought that Reg cleaner found all the programs installed on your computer so you could get rid of that last trace, but I was wrong, can anybody suggest a good free-ware program so we could start all over again fresh thanks.
