| 240104 | 2004-05-29 02:13:00 | I got an email from a friend yesterday saying that MSN is closing down. She was not referring to the chat rooms, but Hot Mail. While I find it very hard to believe that MSN would shut down its HotMail, funnier things have happened. Anyone else heard anything? |

| 240108 | 2004-05-29 09:51:00 | The amount MS paid for Hotmail those few years ago, I'd find it quite unlikely that they'd shut it down. They might, however, consider selling it, considering the legal team that sued them (and won $30 vouchers for their claimants) are asking the courts to award $250m+ in costs for their legal fees - to be paid, of course, by Microsoft.
