| 240770 | 2004-05-31 22:33:00 | I have used the restore/delete programme from one of the magazine issues which is great but when I went to restore a picture (jpg) using Inranview it came up with a box saying - Can't read file header, Unknown file format - can this be fixed/overcome? Tks. | Norm X (721) | ||
| 240771 | 2004-05-31 22:51:00 | It suggests that the file was partially overwritten and that the recovered file is a corrupt version of the original. Not usually repairable (without spending huge money with specialist data recovery companies) as there is no way of easily knowing what data has been lost, in order to recreate it. |
