| 240571 | 2004-05-31 04:05:00 | I get the following error on rebooting: <<lsass.exe System error An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in, write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry.>> I'm pretty sure it's an 'l' not a 'i' at the start. Also when opening word and excel in XP I get a dialogue box that briefly flashes saying 'installing...' then it takes 30 seconds to open the document or spreadsheet. XP has been reinstalled twice recently tounsuccessfully fix another problem. |
