| 241172 | 2004-06-02 10:07:00 | Hi all I've just tried to get my mail with Mozilla mail, it started to down load my mesages then I started surfing while the mail was coming through. Went back and there were no mesages in the inbox, I clicked on the get msg button and got the warning "The folder is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages" If I close Mozilla, then reopen it I get the same message as soon as it goes looking for new mail. How do I get my messages??? Thanks Dave |

Go to Webmail and delete any spam messages and then try downloading again with Mozilla Mail. Antivirus mail scan is causing the error. Disable incoming mail scan in your Antivirus program. If you have a firewall, disable it to isolate if it is causing the problem. |
