241097 2004-06-02 03:56:00 I run a small business with a single e-mail address: jgindustries@slingshot.co.nz, which I check using Outlook Express.

My problem is that I need to be able to check my e-mail on multiple non-networked machines while still keeping all the e-mail archived on each machine.

For example, I get sent a message from randomguy@pcworld.co.nz. I check my e-mail at home, and receive the message. What I want to happen is the message be downloaded and saved to my hard drive, but kept on the ISP server so I can retreive it on other machines as well. What actually happens is that I want to view my message on another computer, but there are 'no new messages' because I got it on the other machine.

Can this be helped? Or do I have to use a webmail like Yahoo or Hotmail?

241098 2004-06-02 04:06:00 You can set up each computer's Outlook Express to leave messages on the server after being downloaded. In OE go to Tools, Accounts, double click on your email account, go to Advanced and put a tick in "Leave a copy of messages on server".
It is also a good idea to tick "Remove from server after X days" and choose how many days suits you.

Don't forget to do the same with the other OE's you utilise, or you will not leave a copy behind :D
